For exchanges caused by defective, damaged, or incorrect products, Lurvenqo will cover reasonable associated shipping costs.

For exchanges requested due to personal preference or incorrect customer selection, customers are responsible for applicable shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact our customer service team as soon as reasonably possible.

These delivery estimates exclude order processing time.

Standard shipping is free for qualifying orders of US$39 or more.

For orders below US$39, applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, carrier operations, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your package is lost in transit or has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact info@lurvenqo.com.

We will review the shipment information and coordinate with the shipping carrier where necessary.
